Turn pocket means a special traffic lane for turning purposes within the street right-of-way that is designed and installed in accordance with City specifications. Begin the turn in the lane nearest to the right-hand curb and end the turn in the lane nearest the right-hand curb. Give turn signal. Yield to pedestrians who may be crossing your path.
