This Architectural Drawing is AutoCAD 2d drawing of Details of PVR Pocket of Canal bed. Bed bars or a profile walls are those masonary aur concrete toe wall like structures which are construted at suitable intervals along an unlined canal, so as to serve as permanent reference Marks and thus to indicate correct alignment and theoretical bed levels of the canal at these places. Originally many canals were lined with puddle clay but not necessarily all of them . Some canals were not constructed with clay linings and they would have leaked water until the bed silted up naturally with debris and leaf fall.
